Drop-down Menus and Boxes Will Not Stay Open in MS Office 2010 - Microsoft Community

i made video show issue: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ouo7bebwljilhfz/screencaptureproject34.mp4?dl=0 i noticed issue on forum in several locations windows whole had simple resolution hasn't matched mine (and mine in office, not windows).  when open drop-down window (menu or box, i've seen called 3 don't know correct), won't stay open long enough me use it.  the time open varies super short relatively short.  i'm showing in excel, happening across ms office software.  itunes, example, not produce issue. office 2010 windows 7 64bit 15gb ram intel core i7 cpu 3.07ghz it not mouse.  i've tried 3. it not stuck key on keyboard.  i've tried 2. it not virus or malware.  i have contacted eset, antivirus provider had me perform deep cleans , combed through 2 reports (twice after bugged them again).  (i use malwarebytes , ccleaner regularly, since i've been paid subscriber eset long time, used service.) i have mor

i've set email accounts on new outlook 365 application on mac.  i'm trying same on ipad (ios11) , android phone. for both of mobile devices getting authentication errors personal gmail account.  i've set gsuite account on both devices. my ipad error below: i have turned off 2-factor authentication on gmail account ensure wasn't causing issue there no change. whilst adding account, app takes me google browser confirm password successful. i've tried the    https://accounts.google.com/displayunlockcaptcha  trick no success.   similar on phone: after scouring forums can assume microsoft issue. can help? hi david, glad hear that! welcome coming office 365 forum community again! best regards, baron Office / Outlook / iPhone & iPad /

split thread. i having issue office365. outlook working fine till did update office365. now, nightmare..... hi rambkk,   thanks reply, i’d issue.   so mean outlook mac shows have entered wrong credentials, can login owa same credentials, means office 365 service good. please catch screenshot when login outlook mac , gives error message, , please provide the detailed version of outlook mac , mac os version. , may test login outlook client mac, if works, focus on outlook client on mac.    waiting update.   regards, jason Office / Outlook / Mac / Office 365 for business

trying use mail merge contacts list outlook. pulls 1 page of lables , no others. doing wrong? moved from: office  / outlook  / microsoft office programming  / office 2016 hi lee, there possibility issue due recent changes made on outlook application. to troubleshoot issue, start outlook in safe mode clicking windows key. in search box, type outlook.exe /safe , press enter . if issue persists, recommend repair outlook application isolate corruption issues. feel free post results.
