how add emocations office 2010 in powerpoint , outlook specifically?

hi lisa,

emoticons feature became available office 2013 or later versions of office. means office 2010 doesn't have feature on powerpoint or word. however, can add emoticons in outlook 2010 in other way around. need set using autocorrect feature. let's try add smiley emoticon outlook performing following steps:

  1. save smiley emoticon image computer.
  2. open outlook, create new message.
  3. insert emoticon image going insert > pictures. (note: resize image based on preferred size it.)
  4. select inserted image, go file > options > mail > spelling and  autocorrect > autocorrect options.
  5. under autocorrect tab, type characters in "replace" box convert image inserted. example, enter :) or :-).
  6. verify “with” option set “formatted text”.
  7. press ok button until you’ve returned message.

after you've configured emoticon, check if emoticon show typing characters assigned it.
