Email Signature Images Resolution - Microsoft Community

hi there

we used have no issues email signatures, do. seems latest version compresses images in signature. bizarre thing our signatures created according best practice. used 96dpi png's , hosted remotely. outlook importing remotely hosted images attachments , compressing them not usable. looks terrible. in past go locate signature html file, delete code outlook adds after creating signature, , replace original html. did trick , stopped terrible compression problem. no longer works , on mac deletes file found here ~/library/group containers/ubf8t346g9.office/outlook/outlook 15 profiles/main profile/data/signatures

i have gone through threads , seems give same answer: "this resolved in latest version of outlook" - nope, not @ all. on 15.36.1 , not resolved. in every other mail client signatures great, not outlook. 

so micorsoft, what's plan? although has been problem, there @ least work around apparently no longer exists. how can fix this? can't send clients emails pixelated signature images, we're design agency , that's bad business.

glad know solved problem using “save template” feature in outlook mac client replace original email signature.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
