my contact folders not synching microsoft outlook iphone. have set (check box) each contact folder "show folder email address book." have no idea do. tremendous inconvenience. do?

since sync issue occurs on outlook iphone client, please try suggestions check issue mentioned @ first step.

 

meanwhile, please reset account check if issue persists:

  1. login outlook iphone client, , click settings tab.
  2. on settings page, click reset account button.

 

if issue persists, we'd collect following information further troubleshooting:

  1. please change mobile device check if issue persists account.
  2. please provide account check configure on our side.
  3. if issue occurs on changed mobile device, please provide test result via microsoft remote connectivity analyzer:
    1. click link: https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/.
    2. on webpage, please click exchange server tab.
    3. choose exchange activesync option under microsoft exchange activesync connective tests, , click next.
    4. on exchange activesync page,  please see below screenshot set it,  , click perform test.
    5. wait moment testing, , click expand button show entire result. if test result fault, please provide entire result check.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
