outlook folders - Microsoft Community

folders in outlook 2016 dont show emails stored there. when search, emails show up. handle lot of email , depend on folder system. quite unnerving , bit frusterating. how correct problem?

we know more happened. kindly answer following questions:

  • when did concern started happening?
  • are emails affected received or older emails affected well?
  • are affected emails under same folder?
  • do encounter same concern if access account through outlook.com?
  • have performed troubleshooting steps?

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
