Microsoft Word 2013 keeps crashing - Microsoft Community

hello have had microsoft 2013 on windows 8 laptop 2 years , has been fine until recently. whenever try open it, crashes in less second. applies , old documents , downloaded documents. have tried using "winword.exe /a" open, crashes. rebooting laptop doesn't solve issue. how may fix this?

does problem still occur if start word in safe mode holding down ctrl key while starting until asked confirm want start in mode?

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
