as administrator how can manage access teams?

i can see in o365 admin center there groups names correspond existing teams, adding users groups does not give users access teams. have give them access?

first, i'd clarify groups , teams totally 2 different things. operation groups not sync teams.

to access teams, may refer article , check whether meet requirements.
