Outlook 2016 Memory Leak - Microsoft Community

hello,

i've been experiencing terrible memory leaks outlook 2016.

a few minutes after i've used search function, memory starts ramp until consumes that's available (4gb).

some system info:

- running outlook 2016 64 bits (in 32 bits version, search doesn't work @ all)

- outlook date

- using g suite sync gmail account

- windows 7 professional, 64 bits, sp1, date

things i've tried:

- remove ms office , reinstall

- reset windows search

- re-index everything

- clean boot check if else causing problem (and no, didn't help)

- scanpst.exe repair pst file

- delete pst file , sync new 1 gmail account

so far nothing has worked. ideas on how solve it?

it seems you've done lot of troubleshooting steps resolve issue no avail. if that's case, suggest booting pc in safe mode , see if same issue occur. can check answer of r. mark dilillo in thread able solve same issue you're having.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
