OneDrive automatically deletes my files - Microsoft Community


i have onedrive business , used sync computer files onedrive. however, after few weeks using it, onedrive deleted automatically , lucky able recover of documents in onedrive's recycle bin.

after that, stopped sync , onedrive keeps deleting existing documents in there.

how can use onedrive in safer way?

documents , files deleted or specific onedrive or onedrive business? recommend signing out of onedrive (disconnecting accounts have connected it) , clearing onedrive folders.
