Can i use Office 2010 license's to cover newer Office Editions on - Microsoft Community

1.)  hi all, please me following scenario?

1.)    licenses windows 2008 servers purchased ms office 2010. if decide’s use ms office 2013, can ms office 2010 licenses purchased used ms office 2013?

many appreciated. if possible can provide section in pur confirm answer.

microsoft office licensed through retail, volume licensing , software service channel. volume licensing includes oem licenses bundling microsoft office personal computers , microsoft software assurance.

using of office 2010 license office 2013 not possible. every license depend on office version use, regardless if have different licenses on pc. if you're using office 2013, should use office 2013 license.
