Setting the Monitor for the powerpoint presenter view - Microsoft Community


hello,

i trying presenter view third monitor (windows pc) when starting presentation mode. sadly no luck far. 

can tell me if possible , if so, how that?

does presentation appear on 2 monitors , third 1 black screen?

anyhow, here few things can try:

how configure computer display on multiple monitors
  1. connect primary pc , second , third pcs same network or use ethernet cross-over cables manually connect.

  2. open browser on primary computer , go maxivista website download free demo version of maxivista.

  3. click “download now.”

  4. click “open” in dialog box opens.

  5. click “run” start set-up , follow set-up wizard's instructions.

  6. repeat download , set-up process on other 2 computers repeating primary computer set-up procedures.

  7. right-click maxivista icon on desktop of second computer , click “enable secondary display.”

  8. right-click maxivista icon on desktop of third computer , click “enable secondary display.” computer set-up , ready run multiple monitors.

how configure powerpoint display on 3 screens
  1. open powerpoint presentation.

  2. click “slide show.”

  3. click “set show.”

  4. check box “show presenter view” in dialog box opens. opens navigation panel on presenter’s monitor allows presenter manage multiple screens.

  5. click monitor want slide show presentation appear on under “display slide show” list.

  6. click “ok” start presentation.
