hi all,
have issue sfb, ironically work in support , no other reports of in company know of, occurs skype.
issue: skype on desktop (win10 x64) wont show profile pic nor of meetings have scheduled. can still use chat, join meetings via outlook meeting etc , use meet wont show can join.
steps tried resolve:
-reinstall - tried twice, interesting thing when this, seems fix issue, 1 day. reboot , issue occurs again.
-adding in sip info manually - has no effect.
-another pc - again interesting, have laptop win7x64 meetings too, , has no issues @ all, same version. leads me think desktop only, interesting part issue before moved win10. had win7 desktop, same issue, go new pc, worked 1 day, again issue...?
could searching skills not seeing online specific issue , again no 1 else in company can find has ever reported cant have go on

i found ews information “ews not deployed”, in configuration information, can involve administrator , make sure ews enabled.
