does know how start mapi session? when try save , send email word error message "word couldn't send email because of mapi failure; operation not supported. started getting message after microsoft update on 11/30/17 , after microsoft windows update 12/1/17 (not sure 1 caused problem).

***moved outlook.com / email / sending, receiving, , reading email***

i need change port number email outgoing server smtp 465

and have been unable find path take me correct place make change. please me!!!!!!

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
