hi all

i sure issue has popped before?  but, wondered if explain what's going on emails?

we moved our running club email server office365 , send out various news our club members, recently, have started receive following issue?

remove private message rejected message following email addresses:

recipient's email address here!  but removed privacy.
there's problem recipient's mailbox. please try resending message. if problem continues, please contact email admin.

thanks post. further help, please send complete non-delivery-report (ndr) via private message, analyze it. meanwhile, need more information issue, provide following:

  1. may know whether can send message others recipients? or whether other sender can send messages recipient?
  2. did can't send messages recipient or part of messages?
  3. did recipient can’t receive message?
  4. can recipient can receive message sender? example, can receive messages others domain?
  5. did recipient can’t receive message you? or part of messages can’t receive? if can’t receive part of messages, please confirm difference between these messages?
  6. can tell environment of email account? example, on premise, hybrid or pure cloud? if not familiar it, please contact organization admin.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
