we been creating lot of share points curriculum collaboration , need them couple of years. question how ms share point/share point files up? risk?

we can check , restore deleted files in sharepoint recycle bin. reference: restore deleted items site collection recycle bin, restore items in recycle bin of sharepoint site.

also, if versioning enabled in site lists , libraries, can track , manage information evolves. can @ earlier versions , recover them. please check these articles more details: enable , configure versioning list or library, view version history of item or file in list or library, how versioning work in sharepoint list or library.

and can use onedrive sync client sync sharepoint files local computer. can refer sync sharepoint files new onedrive sync client.

moreover, can use data loss prevention policies or retention policies in security & compliance center protect data in sharepoint online. please read these articles more details: overview of data loss prevention policies, data loss prevention in onedrive business, sharepoint online , office 2016 rolling out.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
