my organisation has added office 365 account me, , features work great except skype business not allow me log in.

i believe problem lies added work email address personal 1 drive account access work files when abroad on leave, have 365 account, program not allow me log in , displays error message/ code claiming cannot find skype business server account claiming there dns issue , showing error code kb2566790.

please integral communication within team. internal settings correct , 1 having these issues.

based on experience, skype business unable connect server should network issue. please let admin verify autodiscover dns records on side.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
