Definitely remove a Sharepoint site collection - Microsoft Community

hi,

we have created test site collection sharepoint admin center. now, need permanently delete site (as need reuse url site collection).

the site listed in deleted sites in gui, can see in screenshot there still green wheel spinning aside name :

i started powershell admin session, , :

  • get-spodeletedsite return nothing
  • i can see site in get-sposite
  • remove-sposite -identity https://[tenant].sharepoint.com/sites/spdoc -nowait
    returns following error :
    remove-sposite : sptenantworkmanager: there removesite work item [id =xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx] in queue same site url
    [https://[tenant].sharepoint.com/sites/spdoc]. no need create removesite work items same url for
    tenant [xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx].

hi,

the case has been resolved. due custom retention policy (in security & compliancy center) applied on our services within our tenant.

after disabling policy , waiting while, délétion of both sharepoint collections possible.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
