Greek character corruption in document - Microsoft Community

i have 1 long document use purpose notebook , scrapbook. use outline view.

for past few months, have had issues corruption of text - ( possibly exclusively) body text. occurs - can't identify other pattern it.

i can still open , use document  but @ times slow me down considerably when have go , clean corrupted text. document not report being corrupted. have tried various 'save as' solutions.

i tried solution worked while , problem returned

1. save doc webpage.  
2.  open webpage in notepad , find , replace "symbol" "tahoma" > save
3.  open  webpage in word
4.  save docx file

what hoping 1 fix solution can clean document once ,  ( way long go retyping ). interested if has found solution type of problem?
