sir problem calendar many time syn account refresh still not shown birthday on calender

hello,

just confirm, referring birthdays of contacts saved on account? if so, these birthday events should show in calendar automatically. though know more concern. kindly answer following questions:

  • when did concern started happen?
  • were there changes made on app or computer before started happening?
  • do encounter same concern if access outlook.com using different browser?
    • kindly include browsers used.
  • have performed troubleshooting steps?

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
