Outlook 2011 Mac attachment preveiew issue - Microsoft Community

hi

first off - know outlook 2011 no longer supported. i'm still using though. :-)

i upgraded mac high sierra , 1 issue have found when created new email message , attach file can no longer preview attachment - wheel of death displays , that's it. same happens if double click attachment.

any ideas of fix anyone?

hi stephen,

in situation, suggest uninstall outlook mac 2011, re-install give shot. 

note: please backup data before uninstall.

moreover, we recommand can upgrade office 2011 latest version of outlook 2016 as office 2007 , office mac 2011 no longer supported after october 10, 2017, cannot provide official patch issues.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
