Skype for Business presence shows 'Away' when in a meeting. - Microsoft Community


using skype business 2016 client sfb server 2015 on end. infrastructure on premise. have set client "update presence based on calendar information". works , shows in meeting when meeting starts. problem majority of meetings in conference room. means lock computer , go meeting. when computer locks, presence changes 'in meeting' 'away'. how can make continue 'in meeting'? need fix in client or in policy on server?

based on description, understand skype business client presence show “away” when lock computer although in meeting.

 

and assume skype business client windows. generally, skype business online client, there no settings changing presence described. , description, know infrastructure on premises, there might settings it.
