receiving on error on office 365 ran problem while installing product key. tried repair tried reinstalling outlook 365 checked on line account make sure ok. how fix this?

  troubleshot issue please tell more details it. screenshot of issue handle it.

  please tell office 365 subscription. if using personal subscription, please connect key vendor.

  if using office 365 subscription ,please ask administrator make sure whether behind proxy server or firewall.

  suggest check whether have appropriate license. here helpful steps :

  1 sign in office 365 portal. 

  2 click settings, , click office 365 settings.

  3 locate assigned licenses area.

  4 if see the latest desktop version of office, have office subscription assigned correctly.

  5 if don't see the latest desktop version of office, contact admin.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
