Mark As Unread keyboard shortcut has gone - Microsoft Community

hi,

i'm using outlook mac 2011, version 14.7.5.

after recent update, noticed keyboard shortcut (shft+cmd+t) "mark unread" has disappeared, , shows/hides tab bar.

i read messages, mark them unread can respond them when have more time, keyboard shortcut used lot of use. have absolutely no use show/hide tab bar feature!

does know of way add bespoke shortcut can adobe products?

have tested in side same version of outlook 2011 (14.7.5) , keyboard shortcut mark selected messages unread (shift +   + t) working fine without issue.  

may try check issue via creating different identity see whether problem still occurs. reference:  manage identities

note: if have local data not present on cloud/server. in case, recommend up/export email data before creating new outlook 2011 identity.

hi we have shared mailbox shared user , want use tasks of shared mailbox not updating when make changes. there solution this? hi karabotladi, when shared shared mailbox user, did grant permissions him? if share task user, on permissions tab, in name box, click name of person access want change. under permissions, in permission level list, choose permission level. if share shared mailbox user, use admin account log exchange admin center > recipients> shared> select , double click it> mailbox delegation> add user full access list. regards, vanessa Office / Outlook / Windows 10 / Office 365 for business

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
