New Outlook app update problems messing with fields August 25 2017 - Microsoft Community

outlook mobile updated allow users edit , create contacts. since update has been corrupting contacts placing values in wrong field particularly "title" field seems corrupting. how turn off option update contacts phone , make exchange read only

the ability edit contacts causes following problem me

i send following ms exchange

title:  mr. & mrs

first name: john

middle name:  (blank)

last name: smith

i following following ms exchange"

title:  (blank)

first name: & mrs.

middle name:  john

last name: smith

we know more concern. kindly answer following questions:

• is outlook connected via imap, pop, exchange active sync, or mapi?
• is exchange server used connects company or business email?
• is email connected on account using custom email address domain? (personal, company domain, etc.)
