Office 365 - Conversation view, I can no longer see my sent email - Microsoft Community

hello,

i used  be able see sent email of conversation appears have replied. in order read have sent, need go sent items instead of going existing conversation. not sure when started notice in last 2 weeks.

i have checked conversations settings , nothing has changed. did change inbox viewing date, not focused or other. changed seeing if reason same.

there’re no other filters besides conversations.


 

please see example, sent item show in conversations.  


 

besides, i’m not able replicate drafts issue.


 

1. remember if there changed when issue occur?

2. have ever checked other browsers different machines?

3. colleagues encounter issue?

4. share owa version.

to owa version, right-click in owa , select view page source. in next pop page, find item following screenshot.

hi we have shared mailbox shared user , want use tasks of shared mailbox not updating when make changes. there solution this? hi karabotladi, when shared shared mailbox user, did grant permissions him? if share task user, on permissions tab, in name box, click name of person access want change. under permissions, in permission level list, choose permission level. if share shared mailbox user, use admin account log exchange admin center > recipients> shared> select , double click it> mailbox delegation> add user full access list. regards, vanessa Office / Outlook / Windows 10 / Office 365 for business

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
