the deleted items in trash folder seem permanently deleting after 1 week.  started happen 21 august 2017.  use outlook windows 7 on our pc , use mail on windows 10 phone , laptop.  have looked @ settings in outlook , not set auto archive trash or delete trash on exit.  there appear no settings auto archive in mail on phone or laptop.   looked @ when of products last updated.  can see windows phone updated mail , calendar app on 20 august.  grateful input.  thanks.

my outlook sync set download email no delimiter.

my problem seems resolved.  trash no longer automatically emptying after becomes 1 week old.  think because of update dated 24 august outlook mail , calendar windows 10 on mobile phone.

i think there programming error in 21 august update.

hi we have shared mailbox shared user , want use tasks of shared mailbox not updating when make changes. there solution this? hi karabotladi, when shared shared mailbox user, did grant permissions him? if share task user, on permissions tab, in name box, click name of person access want change. under permissions, in permission level list, choose permission level. if share shared mailbox user, use admin account log exchange admin center > recipients> shared> select , double click it> mailbox delegation> add user full access list. regards, vanessa Office / Outlook / Windows 10 / Office 365 for business

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
