hi,

today had setup new outlook account. receiving error every time send email other colleagues. able receive emails, cannot send.

it's triggering junk filter on recipient's server:
remote server returned '533 5.4.0 message seems have triggered our junk email filters. edit message , try again?' original message headers:

message if send outlook on web?
use signature phone # or url in it? if so, try removing sig before sending.
have links in message?

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
