how stop unwanted e-mails appearing every second?

spam or unwanted mails can pain when managing mail folders. assist concern, we'd ask following:

  • which windows os , build running on device? type winver in search box , press enter to identify.
  • which outlook version using sign in account? click link identify.
  • have made recent changes on device prior concern?
  • what troubleshooting steps you've performed resolve concern?

meanwhile, have option filter junk , spam mail on account. this, follow steps provided on link on how set filters , block unwanted mails being sent inbox.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
