how block email addresses , domains junk folder?

hi,

you can block email addresses , other unknown senders sending email. sort out concern, suggest manage junk email folder settings account. this, may follow steps provided on link. once you’re on page, proceed steps under the stop messages going junk email folder section stop emails ending on junk email folder. after completing steps, may check if issue persists.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Email with "Certificate attachment" from my company not - Microsoft Community
