Survery pops up in outlook.com everytime I log in and won't go - Microsoft Community

this survey asks me when log on outlook.com msn email account.  survery never go away.  when answer it, survey just hangs on screen. survey appears microsoft , locks screen out behind can't access email or it.

just clarify things on here....

this in latest version of ie 11.  affects window have outlook.com opened to.  virus scan doesn't pick , doesn't affect programs or browser.  can still continue working on other tabs.  happens on government computer @ work , on computer @ home.  seems internal outlook web page.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
