My Publisher 2016 wont open - Microsoft Community

i try open publisher clicking on icon on start menu comes this.

mspub.exe - aplications error

                                                                                                                                                                   <-- in new window pops up.

this application unable start correctly (0xc0000022). click ok close application.

please been happening while , comes same thing powerpoint 2016 , outlook 2016 , onenote 2016 , access 2016 , excel 2016 , word 2016.
