O365 Exchange Not Responding on Port 443 - Microsoft Community


i'm trying set new installation of outlook connect o365 (e5) mailbox. autodiscover isn't working, turned connectivity analyzer, failed out. of dns records correct (verified manually, using o365 admin, , using connectivity analyzer). resolves fine, exchange not responding https request, , attempt connect via port 443 fails out. full results connectivity analyzer below (the actual username has been replaced "fakename" security when posting here, domain remains correct):

better you, can provide following information?

1. do other users have same issue?
2. for problematic user, can run following powershell command?

(1) https://technet.microsoft.com/library/jj984289(v=exchg.160).aspx
(2) get-mailbox –identify “email address” | fl

3. do have ad environment?
4. have tried logging outlook web app?
