Outlook calendar syncing - but 11 hours earlier than the phone's - Microsoft Community

i have nokia lumia windows phone i've been given employer.  syncing fine although have manually sync email; email , appointments showing up, , phone's date , time showing up. 

however, both emails , appointments showing posted 11 hours earlier have been sent (or set) in outlook calendar on computer.  cannot find setting change time , date on calendar.  phone's time , date correct. wondering if timezone issue live in sydney australia gmt+11 (dst) , phone set this.

normally, items in account sync windows phone calendars, emails, , contacts. regarding concern, have checked if outlook app set correct time zone on computer? it's possible set incorrect time zone that's why informs events set 11 hours early. can check going file > options > calendar > time zones.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
