Skype for business screen sharing issue - Microsoft Community

hello, 

i having issues screen sharing outside of work network. when connected remotely home, skype not allow me share screen properly. fails after time message "an error occurred during screen presentation" no other explanation of issue. connection speed should ok (12/2 mb). have tried via mobile phone hotspot, connection slower , worked ok. idea might wrong?

to troubleshoot issue, please follow methods below:

  1. update skype business 2016. office 365 business user, recommend download , install skype business 2016 office 365 software portal.
  2. to determine if issue caused other program on computer, reboot computer clean boot. please refer article: how perform clean boot in windows.
  3. repair office application based on article: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/repair-an-office-application-7821d4b6-7c1d-4205-aa0e-a6b40c5bb88b . can open of application perform it, example, outlook.
  4. do use cloud-based account or organization have ob-premise server such exchange on-premise server or skype business server?
  5. the version of skype business client. can check opening skype business client> settings>help>about skype business. see screenshot below:

hi we have shared mailbox shared user , want use tasks of shared mailbox not updating when make changes. there solution this? hi karabotladi, when shared shared mailbox user, did grant permissions him? if share task user, on permissions tab, in name box, click name of person access want change. under permissions, in permission level list, choose permission level. if share shared mailbox user, use admin account log exchange admin center > recipients> shared> select , double click it> mailbox delegation> add user full access list. regards, vanessa Office / Outlook / Windows 10 / Office 365 for business

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
