Accessing Email on macbook pro - Microsoft Community


have business in alaska , email through microsoft office hosted squirrel mail. bought, downloaded , set microsoft office on macbook pro in florida , still not getting of emails account when logging in??? (no emails showing @ in inbox/outlook application.) how set correctly or need for?

according description, seems account wasn’t connected mail server. please follow instructions in link set account: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/set-up-outlook-on-your-mac-b361938b-6a78-4dc6-b32b-3bfc97201324#id0eabcaaa=get_started

 

you can check whether have set account correctly in outlook. if account connected mail server correctly, click inbox of account , see status in lower right corner shows: “connected to:*** email address removed privacy ***. 

if still have questions, please use in-app support further assistance. open outlook , click help -> contact support. have dedicated support channel kind of issue.
