Calender sync issue - Microsoft Community


hi there,

i have microsoft office 365 (2016) installed in pc , in laptop. have set outlook in both same email address. email address based on gmail.

problem when create event in computer's outlook  calendar not show on laptop's outlook calendar , vice versa , though both outlook running same email address. need go on other computer create same event make same in both computers. 

is there way, if create calendar event in 1 outlook calendar appear on outlook calendar automatically?

any appreciated regarding this.

hi,

outlook provides easy access between different platforms , devices. we'd clarify, using outlook 2016 calendar on pc , laptop same email address?

in meantime, suggest refresh outlook account when creating event using outlook calendar. log out , log in, check changes made. how did go?
