Toast Alerts with Office 2016 on Windows 2012 Server R2 - Microsoft Community

i use microsoft office 2016 on windows 2012 server r2 machine. have microsoft outlook open on there can e-mails works fine.

my problem toast alerts new e-mails. appears in upper right hand corner instead of bottom right hand corner , stays on screen 10 20 seconds no way of closing it.

outlook not have button customize alerts windows 7 machine does.

i tried registry settings in screen prints below did not work. suggestions?

for further isolate concern, ask when did issue start. also, suggest try steps on article on how turn off message alerts turn on observe if experience same issue.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
