hi, maybe can me. under understanding when in outlook , want save email being deleted move archive folder. other information given archive folder had no life limit it. last month had few important documents archived , today went archive folder retrieve info 1 of documents , whole archive folder wiped clean.. have no emails in there . there time period archive fold how long documents/articles saved? first question , second question there way retrieve documents lost? , question when archive told hit button says archive send information on folder, need hit save button or anything? thank kerry

emails sent archive folder stay long email stays in inbox. the archive folder no different other folder might create , has no abilities beyond other folder. better assist you, need answers following questions:

  • have tried searching missing emails using outlook search box?
  • does issue happens when logged in outlook.com account using different web browser?

in meantime, suggest checking article on how restore deleted emails messages in outlook web app.

hi we have shared mailbox shared user , want use tasks of shared mailbox not updating when make changes. there solution this? hi karabotladi, when shared shared mailbox user, did grant permissions him? if share task user, on permissions tab, in name box, click name of person access want change. under permissions, in permission level list, choose permission level. if share shared mailbox user, use admin account log exchange admin center > recipients> shared> select , double click it> mailbox delegation> add user full access list. regards, vanessa Office / Outlook / Windows 10 / Office 365 for business

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
