Attach files straight from Sharepoint to Outlook. - Microsoft Community

hello, 

we struggling our relationship between sharepoint , outlook. 

we want able attach files directly sharepoint emails in outlook. when try 'share' document sharepoint, able share link document. possible 'share via email' option? need this? 

we able save attachment outlook sharepoint. sharepoint not visible.

we able save word, excel etc. documents sharepoint. seems me sharepoint , outlook not connected properly. can advise on how can check/change this? 

we using sharepoint 2013 , outlook 2013.

since using outlook 2013, can either download specific sharepoint file local drive , attach outlook or use onedrive sync client sync sharepoint library local system. once sync sharepoint library, can browse file outlook attach it.

important: support 2013 versions of office 365 proplus has ended since february 28, 2017.

given situation, suggest upgrade office 2016 better experience.

hi we have shared mailbox shared user , want use tasks of shared mailbox not updating when make changes. there solution this? hi karabotladi, when shared shared mailbox user, did grant permissions him? if share task user, on permissions tab, in name box, click name of person access want change. under permissions, in permission level list, choose permission level. if share shared mailbox user, use admin account log exchange admin center > recipients> shared> select , double click it> mailbox delegation> add user full access list. regards, vanessa Office / Outlook / Windows 10 / Office 365 for business

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
