deleting junk mail - Microsoft Community

 i highlighted messages in junk box deleted. pressed delete button. box popped confirm wanted delete them.  i clicked delete button in pop-up box. nothing happened.  i hit delete button again, resulting in same cycle of confirmation , no action delete on 200 junk box messages. 

help!

 i older version returned can delete messages see them in screen @ 1 time instead of entire junk mail box.
