hello,

there no direct way export search folder criteria in outlook. however, may filter emails same criteria search criteria when exporting. may following steps below:

  1. click file > open & export > import/export to open import , export wizard.
  2. select export file, click next.
  3. in export file dialog box, select outlook data file (.pst), click next.
  4. in the export outlook data file dialog box, select folder search emails within, , click filter button.
  5. in filter dialog box, specify filter criteria similar search criteria want export, click ok > next.
  6. in export outlook data file dialog box, select browse button select location pst file saved, , rename file. after selecting location , renaming file, select ok > finish.
  7. in create outlook data file dialog box, click ok. if want add password exported pst file, kindly type password, click ok.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
