based on description of the issue when starting onedrive, know more issue. please answer questions below:

  • which version of windows using?
  • does issue happens both onedrive web app , desktop app?
  • is computer connected domain?

in meantime, suggest check troubleshooting method found in article fix onedrive sync issues.
