have small office of 8. have office email account emails come in (*** email address removed privacy ***). each computer using desktop outlook. need each person have messages marked read or unread independently of else. hope that's clear

exchange server mailbox or pop/imap? possible pop accounts, not imap or exchange mailboxes. if used exchange public folders, have separate read views each user.
