Font problem - Microsoft Community

hi everyone,

i created powerpoint deck client. slides perfect on mac, on client's pc on 1 slide (the title slide) text appears have been replaced default font. client doesn't have problem else's ppt decks. here specifics:

i'm on imac office mac 2016.
client on pc. don't know version of ppt have.

the text in question on computer myriad pro. replacement font on client's computer appears arial.

first, suggest let client check if s/he has myriad pro font installed on pc. if no, please download , install font use office.

if not situation, confirm following information:
1. if possible, can open on pc check outcome side? or can share file onedrive link.
2. office version using.
3. office version client using.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
