Mailbox almost full - Microsoft Community

keep getting notification email mailbox full. don't want lose of email history. if delete emails server, delete on computer also? possible purchase more space don't have delete emails? thank you.

1. mailbox quota 50gb. if have hit limits, drag , drop mails archive. clear inbox , mails retained in archive.

2. archive offers 100gb of additional storage space, no worry till 100 gb.

3. if hit 100 gb limit, turn on unlimited archiving in outlook. how -

4. in case, want buy premium (which don't think needed), can click on settings icon in mail web app , click upgrade premium.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
