Rejected when verifying own account - Microsoft Community

hi there

i have moved uk. has included buying new laptop , phone number.

when trying log @hotmail.com account here in us, asked verify identity. cannot use text message option because phone number registered old uk number.

i asked provide extensive information account in order verify identity. have done twice , been rejected both times. particularly concerning because great deal of information i've provided regarding recent emails, subjects, contacts, , skype data correct - still works on iphone i've cross-checked info sure.

nevertheless, bot tells me have failed verification.

i have had email address 17 years - need able access it, since i've moved internationally there's tonne of important documentation (e.g. taxes, passport applications...) stored in email account!!!

please me verify identity microsoft!

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
