Missing personal folders - Microsoft Community

i didn't notice until downloaded emails today.  a few showed in inbox instead of folder supposed to.  (created rule move emails folder in question.)

when looked, folder gone in outlook (office 365).

i recreated folder , outlook started download emails on server in folder.

about hour later, got email should have filtered folder in question, didn't.  it went inbox.  i checked, , folder gone again.  i realized folder missing in outlook.  that's 2 folders created when installed outlook last week missing.

any ideas on why 1 folder keeps disappearing?

i believe able resolved.  2 disappearing folders have stayed last couple days.

what had create new folders in outlook different names.  sync outlook email server make them appear on server.  on website, move emails original the folders created outlook download them me.  deleted "bad" folders server.  

so far no problems.

hi we have shared mailbox shared user , want use tasks of shared mailbox not updating when make changes. there solution this? hi karabotladi, when shared shared mailbox user, did grant permissions him? if share task user, on permissions tab, in name box, click name of person access want change. under permissions, in permission level list, choose permission level. if share shared mailbox user, use admin account log exchange admin center > recipients> shared> select , double click it> mailbox delegation> add user full access list. regards, vanessa Office / Outlook / Windows 10 / Office 365 for business

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
