MS Outlook Spontaneous Deletion of Contacts - Microsoft Community

my outlook spontaneously deleted 180 important contacts. not in deleted items. must find , restore them.

hi,

if can't find contact in deleted items folder, next place recoverable items folder. hidden folder, , it's place contacts moved when delete them deleted items folder or when permanently delete them selecting them , pressing shift+delete. better understand concern, we'd ask few questions:

  • which office version using? click link steps find out.
  • when did first encountered issue?
  • have made changes on device prior issue?

meanwhile, suggest refer article recovering deleted contacts if you're using outlook 2016, outlook 2013, outlook 2010 more information regarding how recover deleted contacts.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
