use microsoft through university , work specifically. had ten powerpoints saved on onedrive me , coworkers access them , went on yesterday embed them in website , gone! there yesterday afternoon because fiddling 1 of powerpoints test how wanted set things when figured out , went same other powerpoints, there nothing there. don't have other accounts through microsoft, files aren't in recycle bin, disappeared! tried re-download them website embedded in gives me zip file. does have idea have happened or how them back?

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
