Urgent help needed because I/outlook lost my very long e-mail - Microsoft Community

you last hope because tried possibilies , disability find lost draft crucial information health. tell little bit personal issue because hope people able understand urgency of help!

because of severe illness , other complications keep in drafts diary health , events concerning health period on past few weeks/months. once every few months send nerologist becomes insight what's happend witrh me on past period , can adjust treatment optimize healt , can have best possible quality of life in spite of burden of diseases. unfortunatly due disease have severe cognitive disability , therefore healthdiary make neurologist memory. started draft in mai 2017 (17 mai 2017) , last saturday 19 august 2017 in morning on way put last information in draft  can send neurologist before next appointment in hospital. durig last words lost complete text 7/8 pages long. left whit blank page in draft message few seconds earlier contained whole text health diary happenings in healt from  mai 2017 until last saturday. didn't press save because didn't want blank draft massage definitive version instead went arrow above left in screen mail , backt draft folder , opened draft believe find draft version saved few minutes earlier , contained whole text halth diary exept last few words added in these couple of minutes before lost whole text. have contacted last monday (to reached monday-friday) support desk issue have treid few things in end admitted limited in theire possibilies deeper technical support. have been told there possibillities recover draft few minutes earlier (it sufficient me last friday beacuse day added few words healthdiary , saved ) draft went blank because there back-ups. believe microsoft has finest , sophisticated technicans whom presents no graet effort or challange. wouldn't ask , urge if wasn's concerning health or if able recall things happend around health. crucial me , why open story in hope right person technical possibilties abilities able me set previous draft complete text.

in answer mail form microsoft community 31 august 2017 have sadly not have got yet answer or solution huge problem in losing long e-mail draft health diary nerologist. 

i sad that, considering globai range , unbelieveble possibties today exist, beyond average human being imagination, digital can achieved, tried reacht out hand in believing , trusting has abilities, expertise , possibilities me retrieve draft crucial me , health , quality of life. 

last week accident found in deleted map large e-mail numerous draft e-mails different kind of subjects different dates empty. didn't know e-mail came because sender unknown. @ first happy , heart joyfull in hope last draft full text among them. unfortunately not find him. perhaphs didn't mention more exact information draft lost/can not find in hotmail account.  in far hope god , of course fatastic people, doing exeptional best me,  , have put e-mail whit kinds of drafts explained earlier in message in deleted-folder/map, want give little more information lost draft search , retrieval/recover can easier , efficient.

it mean world me , helath when recovered/retrieved draft version friday 18 august 2017 recipient  *** email address removed privacy *** with subject update gezondheidstoestand en ontwikkelingen. lost draft 19 august 2017 erarly in morning , that's why ask draft version 18 august 2017 because it's complete version before got lost.
